Can anyone post/link a list to all the European nations that have agreements with the EU regarding players being allowed to move freely between nations?

I'm playing in Serie A and can only sign 1 non EU per season. I know Iceland/Norway/Switzerland are not in EU, but their players can move freely through Europe. What other nations in Europe allow this? I ask because there is no warning when I go to sign a player whether he will count towards my 1 non EU player. For example, If I sign a 5 star brazilian stud regen, and also have an agreement to sign a turkish (if the rule applies to turkey) regen; I'd hate to take only one of them and lose the other because of this rule.

It gives you a full list in the rules.
 
Also Spain has rules that players from other countries can join freely. There is over 60 other nations. They can be found in the Editor. :)
 
you can sign them as long as they are part of europe and it won't count
