EURO ISSUE...Plz help!

My Napoli team needs to register 4 players trained by club for 3 years between the ages of 15-21 for my champions league campaign, however I just don't have enough! I can register 3 max, Ive no youth team at all (Released them all) and reserves are the same. Stuck at this point now????
