Last season I finished 6th with Newcastle United, so this season I naturally expected to be in the Europa League, however I am not in this competition at all, my place has gone to an 8th place Aston Villa side. Any reason why this happened?

if your sixth and not in the Europa its because the teams that won the FA cup and Carling are teams that finished below you. The Europa League spot only goes to sixth place if the FA cup and/or Carling cup winner qualified for the Champions league or 5th which is an automatic europa league spot
Fifa Fair Play? Whats that? And yes they very probably did win the Carling Cup, didn't pay to much attention but I know they made it to the final.
