European Challenge For Newcastle???

In a shock new move Newcastle United have anonced Matthew Cole as the new manager he said "I'm extremely exited to be here it's a dream come true!"

Anyways here are where I want to be in 4 years time:
1st year- acheive atomatic promotion into the prem
2nd year- avoid relegation and acheive best place I can
3rd year- Get into European Cup
4th year- Acheive top 4

With no transfer funds Matt Cole was hoping for a new chairman but had to resort to loaning young talented players!
