European League HELP!!!!!!!!!

I have used the EPL, Championship, L1, L2, Conference, Conference N/S to make a European League Structure and I have set all the teams nations to England but when I am picking the league in the Game Set-Up England isn't listed. Help!!!!!!!!

You have more teams than you should have in a league,

e.g. You have 25 teams in the league 1 but you have it set to 24 b)

CH 24
L1 24
L2 24
CON 24
CON N 22
CON S 22
