Everton 4th season

Afternoon,

Ive just completed my 3rd season with Everton, finishing 2nd in the Premier League and getting to the semi-finals of the Champions league. New season has started and i've been given just under ?40 mil as a transfer budget. Problem is, Im not sure who to buy.

I will post my current 11 below with subs and possible transfers I have in mind.

Starting 11: (4231 Formation)

GK: John Ruddy
LB: Leighton Baines
CB's: Eder Alvarez Balanta, Phil Jagielka
RB: John Stones
CM's: Keisuke Honda, Aaron Ramsey
LW: Lorenzo Insigne
AMC: Ross Barkley
RW: Lazar Markovic
ST: Aleksander Mitrovic

Subs:
GK: A regen (5 star potential)
RB: Seamus Coleman
CB: Daniele Rugani
CM: Sergi Roberto
CM/AMC: A regen (4.5 star potential)
RW: Agustin Allione
ST: A regen (5 star potential - Amazing player)

Okay so here are some possibilities I have in mind....

New GK (Akinfeev - pricey though and ter Stegen is at Barcelona)
Possibly new CB as Jagielka is ageing.
Left back replacement for Baines
Left Winger as Insigne is inconsistent (possibly Bernard - but also pricey)
Centre Midfielder - Ander Herrera possibly?

What do you guys think? any positions there that stick out to you that need a new signing? And any hidden gems on the game to seriously consider signing?

CB - Strandberg is good, but you'd be better off looking for a regen.

LB - Silva, Alex Sandro, Luke Shaw, David Alaba

CM - Pugliese, Ward-Prowse (DLP);; Wanyama, Papadopoulous, Romero (BWM)

AML - El Shaarawy, Bruma, Brandt.

I've been looking at Shaw and Alex Sandro. Didn't even think about Santon. His stats are great.

Nick Powell and Ward-Prowse I had on FM13 so trying out new players but WP is awesome. Wanyama unfortunately went to Man City.
