Starting up as Everton just wondering the way everyone has went by that way such as who to sign/sell formations and instructions etc

I'd probably go 4-4-1-1 with Cahill just behind the lone striker as inside forward

Use TheBetterHalf's 4411 formation, got me into the Champions League first season. Sign Defour, and Ermin Zec.

Use Dunc's training schedule. Play a 4-4-1-1 formation. with Cahill behind and Pienaar, Bil attacking on the wings.

what about robert pires? An old man, but his technical stats are still wicked.

As for strikers, i'd try hugo almeida of werder bremen. Affordable too

im top of the league with everton on my first season playing 4-3-2-1 the 2 being wide and the 3 being in the middle of the park.. 1 point in front of united and my next game is against them !!! 25 games also.
