Everton or Hoffenheim ?

I'm about to start a new game as an retired (retired because of an serious injury) 30 years old football player, who is about to start is life as a manager. The player is a retired football international for Portugal.
This is one of the things that really **** me off at FM because I can decide which team to play with.
Hoffenheim have a great team, and it's a very good challenge. They finished 11 in the league which is very disappointing for such a good team.
Everton have a great team, and it's a very good challenge, they finished 8 or 9 last season so they didn't qualify for Europe which is bad, but David Moyes is at Everton for 9 years and the board probably will not fire him.
I'm saying all this because I want the game to be the more realistic possible, and I want to manage Everton but it's not realistic that David Moyes gets replaced by a 30 years old manager. So what do you think ?

Possibly start with Hoffenheim but have Everton as favourite club, then if Moyes gets sacked and your reputation is good enough you'll get the job

Try with Newcastle. I think they are without manager since Houghton get sacked and if Ashley thinks pardew is good replacement IRL then why not hire retired 30 year old player

Go to hoffenhiem and SIGN Canales then. Or if you must go to Everton and just be them... but then you have no goal. You wanna win it all with Hoffenhiem then Everton
