Everton second striker needed.

I'm playing as Everton in 2015 and Carlos Fierro is banging them in but my other 2 strikers - Vargas and a decent regen- are really struggling. I'm going to sell Vargas and loan out the regen but I have 20m-ish to spend on a striker preferably a Poacher.
Please help, and bare in mind I am 2 years in to the future.

Have a look at Timo Werner and Barbosa. Alternatively, just search for players with really good (17+) finishing, anticipation and off the ball, along with decent acceleration (14+) and composure (13+)
