Reports in Meryside have claimed David Moyes has stepped down as Everton manager. Although not offical, we expect to have a statement from a Everton spokesman very shortly.

We can confirm Everton are without a manager after David Moyes has stepped down. The reasons for this are confidential and will not be released. We wish David Moyes all the luck in the future and we thank him for what he has achieved here. For the fans, we can assure you that we will have a manager in place before the start of the new season.

NEW EVERTON MANAGER UNVIELED! WHO IS HE?
Everton have appointed a person unknown to management, David landel as their new manager. Everton have said that they liked the approach and calmness of him and have assured the fans that this will not be a bad mistake.


LANDEL ADMITS INEVITABLE JAGIELKA DEPARTURE
In his first press conference as manager, David Landel admits he is prepared to look for a replacement for England centerback, Phil Jagielka.

When asked about whether Phil Jagielka will be leaving, Landel replied with "Thats quite possible".

EVERTON TARGER UDINESE DEFENDER

Everton have targeted Udinese Centerback, Cristian Zapata. It has been reported that Everton are lining up at £13M bid for Zapata after looking for a replacement for Jagielka.


ARTETA WANTS ATHLETICO MOVE
Everton star Mikel Arteta has admited in public that he want to hold talks with Spanish side Athletico Madrid. Arteta feels that he is unsettled after the departure of David Moyes and wants to leave the club.

TRANSFERS:
Valencia have made a bid of £26M for Jagielka.
Liverpool make a £17M bid for Jagielka
Man Utd have made a £16M bid for Arteta
Athletico make £22M bid for Arteta.
Chelsea make £24.5M bid for Arteta.

Everton make £12.25M bid for Veloso.

YOUNG SIGNS FOR EVERTON!

Everton have pulled off a stunning transfer by signing English winger Ashley Young for £19.75M from under the nose of Barcelona. Ashley Young was expected to sign for the Spanish giants before Everton made a late bid. Ashley Young becomes Landel's first summer signing and expressed his delight in signing Ashley Young.

"I have always admired the talent of Ashley Young. When I arrived here I set my main target on signing Young as quickly as possible. I am very pleased that he agreed to sign for us and he is in for a bright future here"

Landel also stated that he will not stop at Ashley Young and hopes to bring in a few more players to strengthen the team.

ARTETA SIGNS FOR ATHLETICO

Mikel Arteta has agreed to sign for Spanish side Athletico for £22M. Landel admited that Arteta had become unsettled and wanted to move away from Everton.

Ive put Sky Sports News on and there isnt a dickie bird about this,they are usually **** hot when it comes to breaking news.
