everton, which players to sign?

just started as everton, got transfer revenue increased to 90% and sold heitinga to benfica for £10m and selling fellaini to city for £25m.

players im signing so far are wellington nem and ashley williams

players in my shortlist are

paulinho, james mccarthy, moussa sissoko, andrea poli, abdennour, capoue, wanyama, ilicic, chadli, ekdal. these are interested in joining.

players who i want but need convincing are

strootman, rodrigo, lamela, nainggolan, debuchy, fernandinho, benat, prieto, ayew, gaitan.

which of these players should i sign, i'm looking for 2 centre mids, a right mid, i'd like a good right back, possibly a creative mid. should have about £30m to spend once fellaini and heitinga are sold.

Id get the following on the cheap and then use the bulk of the budget to get a star player:

Strandberg cb/dm (arnd 2 mil)
Simao (from SHANDONG) around 2/3 mil depending if instalments -dm
Wellington Nem 3.5 mil clause - use instalments only.
Boenisch - lb FREE
Drenthe r/l w - Free
Kara 3.5 mil

The star player should be an attacker - people like Seydou Doumbia/Moussa Sow/Wilfried Bony wont cost the earth ...

Markus Henriksen is a great young (19/20) CM (DLP) from AZ Alkmaar but he will cost a little bit to buy.
Lichtsteiner from Juve was available on mine and i got him on loan for RB/RM

It all comes down to how much you want to spend really. Some cheaper options...

Morgan Schneiderlin - DM/CM from Southampton. £4.7m
Adryan - AMC - 875k

If your looking for a cheap attacking midfielder have a look at Borek Dockal. He plays for a norweigian club but cant remember if its Tromso or Rosenborg. I paid £700k for him in my first season at West Brom and he chipped in with so many important goals.

Players you should sign are Ezequiel Cirigliano from River Plate who turns out to be a world class midfielder and a steal at 6.5m. Ademilson from Sao Paolo for 5.25m(release clause), great signing got 20 goals in all competitions in my first season and has a potential ability of 4 and a half stars. Walter Montillo is an absolute beast from Cruzeiro, although his initial asking price is over 20m, if you bid about 10m and is rejected he immediately hands in a transfer request and is available for 13m, he will bag you tons of assists and is a great finisher too. I dont know of any right backs but Coleman is good and Hibbert is a reliable understudy.
