I've started a game with Everton and am doing ok, but all my big name players are dying to leave, even though I heap praise regularly. This means Im going to need good replacements. Anyone got anything to share about possible players for Everton? The left wing is perticularly weak, anyone any Everton experiences to share? Cheers in advance

No Everton experience, but Yury Zhirkov is an amazing left winger!!!!!!!!!

Thanks for the tip. Just checked him out and unfortunately hes gone to Man City. Looks good though. Im thinking Baynes is playing well enough now, just beat arsenal and liverpool 1-0 each and sat 4th after 16 with games in hand. got my own tactic working well. Got Salgado on a contract for the season at right back, brilliant deal.

Id say a striker. To play with Yakubu. got 1mil but about to go through Jan transfer window. I'l see what happens, Howard, Yobo, Lescott, Jagielka, Arteta, Cahill, Baines all wanted but would like to keep on to each of them. defence all rated over 7 so got a good foundation, Yakubu is playing well too, just needs a partner

Don't have to think too much about a striker! Alberto Paloschi! He's a 'must buy' for everyone and he's cheap. The only problem is you'll have to negotiate the transfer with both AC Milan and Parma as he's co-owned!

I checked him out earlier, but how do I buy him? It shows his as registered to Parma and co-owned by Milan. There is no option to buy tho. My first option is get scout report?

I think you can only make an offer during a transfer market, maybe only during a summer transfer market, I had problems with that too but hopefully you can sign him in the January or Summer market!

well I'l try for him coz I need a promising striker. I'l have to see how I get on trying to keep my superstars!!

Yeah good luck!
Well if you can def sign Paloschi! He is a great player!
If you need an immediate buy of a striker, Ricardo Oliveira would be good!
He is 28 and good at putting the ball in the back of the net!

I'l definitely buy him if I can. 8th December at the mo, not long to go!

Yeah true! By the way how do you save an image from your game screen like that?

I dont know if it makes a difference, but got the game on windowed mode (preferences/display) then just press ctrl + print screen, which saves to clipboard, open paint from start menu, then edit/paste then save, then on this site below, post select go advanced, then click the paperclip icon. select the save file you made from paint just now. if there is a better way can someone let me know! I'd be interested to see your hull team Finn, maybe start a hull thread? I dunno how this place works!

Thanks!
I haven't got very far with Hull yet so I will post a thread when I have changed things around to my own style enough!

when you are in the game on the page you want just press "prt scn" then when you come out of the game go to word o3 or o7 then on an open page just press paste and you should then have your screen print. Hope this helps mate:)

Mattock is good young LB
Boateng (HSV) can play there
Sakho (PSG)

Have a look.

I was Everton for a full season, but started new with a different team when the 9.3 came out.
I finished 4th and won the FA cup. I only bought 4 players.
Stefano Fiore (free) Thomas Graversen (free) Ronaldo (free) , Helda Postiga 3.1 million
My First 11 was

GK T Howard
LB L.Baines
CB J.Yobo
CB P.Jagielka
RB P.Nevelle (c)
LM M.Arteta
RM L.Osman
CM T.Cahill
CM M.Fellani
CF Yakubu
CF Ronaldo

Play a flat 4-4-2 with Cahill arrow pointing forward. Set Cahil to have long shots, run with ball, and try through balls. Also have him as one of the players marking keeper on a corner.
With all that set Cahill scored 10 goals for me.

You dont really need to by anyone in your first year the sqaud is stronger than you think. Decent cover for left mid is John Paul Kissock from the rerserves.
In my first season i sold

J.Lescott 7.5 million (he was dying to go)
J.Vaughan 6 million (never socres)
V.Anichebe 4 million (never scores)
