Can someone help me with the duties of all the players of Everton. I just started in the latest update, and so far i see the hardest thing is to see which role is the best... I would also be glad if someone could explain for me how to make Ross Barkley or another young player into a four star player.

just play ross barkley like 15-20 mins a game and in cup matches he will become pretty good im in 2015 wi everton hes a decent player, shud be a kid in unders name kidd or sumat use him!! CLASS!! hard to keep hold of tho if u use him and dont do owt in season teams will want him.
