i had made a formation that change from 442 to 433 in the game..
but............
it is not perfect yet. there is a lot of thing that i dont know about tactic adjustment.. :S
i had played fm2010 just a week ago.. ^^)

it takes time for a change in formation to work and players feeling comfortable in their new roles so just give it time to work hope it helps
