Right, I was having problems getting my players to learn my tactics and it took me a while but i figured out why they weren't picking them up and getting familiar with them. It's simple DO NOT GIVE TEAM INSTRUCTIONS UNTIL THE TACTIC IS FULLY ACCOMPLISHED. Create your formation on the tactic creator but do not give many if any team instructions until the formation is fluid in everything. The only instruction I had was higher tempo.
Also have about 12 friendlies, and make sure the squad have their training set to very high and tactics only. Also have the bar that says more match training and less match training set all the way to more match training.
