Everyone is on F/T now who should I get.

I downloaded a new database in which every player has been released from there club.
I want to start a new save but I dont know who to start with.Also I dont know who I should get.
I dont really want to buy players like Messi and Ronaldo and Rooney because I think that would be stupid.I would like to be able to get players like Cavani,Kjaer,Criscito and Vidal.Players that are really good but not known Worldwide like Rooney etc.
Anyone know who I should start with and a possible Line up.
I was thinking West Brom but the problem is signing on fees.People will sign contracts for like 17k(De Gea) but as for like 2 or 3m for both agent and signing on fees which is very irratating because you spend millions on them even tho you signed them on a free but I also dont want to start as big clubs either.Any Ideas.Its a really good database tho.Forgot to mention that all staff are also released.So that means every club will be looking for managers and players and other staff.Chaotic transfer windows.

You could play with Tottenham. they have a good budget and a good reputation. But there are also Aston Villa, Valencia, Atletico, Ajax, Porto, Benfica, Lyon who are able to sign the players you want. I don't know who you want to sign, so I can't recommend you a good line-up

You could be someone like Shakhtar who have a good buget as well as a big reputation , it would still be a challenge though because you can only have a limited number of foreign players.

As I said I dont even know who I want but something like the team above.I dont even know what formation I would use yet.

Also all countires have been switched to be part of the EU so there is no work permits needed.

He says he doesn't want the World Class big name players.. You've named Vidic, Aguero, Hamsik and Lahm lol

Well not really.Only if you are one of the big teams becasue you have no reserves and only a terrible under 18s team.Every club will be looking to take the best talent so you wont be able to make big signins in terms of contract if your a small club.You will still have to get the right balance when signings players.You could also do this lower down the leagues.Which would be even harder.
