I always say assertively, give the fans something to cheer or I expect a win, depending on the odds.

I expect a win calmly.. Or give the fans something to cheer if im the underdog. Players react well most of the time. Not sure why, but possibly got something to do with my players' personality? (Loyal) Or they have been at the club for a long time? Playing as Aston Villa, didnt change much of the team.
