I decided to do my own training schedules for FM 2012. Right now the schedules are only for the senior team, you can select from 23 different training schedules for your players.

Schedules:

-
Central Defender
-Full Back
-
Wing Back
-Libero Sweeper

MF area:
-
Advanced Playmaker
-Anchor Man
-
Attacking Midfielder
-
Ball-Winning Midfielder
-Box-to-Box Midfielder
-
Deep-Lying Playmaker
-
Defensive Midfielder
-
Trequartista
-Wide Midfielder
-
Winger

FW area:
-
Advanced Forward
-
Complete Forward
-Deep-Lying Forward
-Inside Forward
-

-Target Man

How to select the best schedule for a player
If you are not sure which training schedule is the best for a player you can:
-Click on a player then go Reports--->Position
-Or check the descriptions of each schedule on this site
Choosing Player Roles - Guide to Football Manager 2012

Instructions
1)Download the .rar file and extract it.
2) Copy the attached file into your "My documents\Sports Interactive\Fotball Manager 2012\schedules" folder.
3) Once inside the game simply click manage schedules->import from the training tab and select "eXe training".

Feel free to post your opinions.

I have, and I like the results. My players don't complain, which has been a hassle with other training schedules I have tried. Good job.

Half of my players complained + no youth / part time schedule . other stuff are fine
