So, at the start of last season (my 2nd season in total, which was in League 2) I picked up this absolute bargain at just 17 years old, and only he was only demanding just ?750 per week (that was then, now it has increased so the contract duration is longer) and at the end of the season Exeter achieved promotion with complete ease with this monster, who was scoring AND assisting (which you can see with this other screenshot) and also getting nearly a quarter of the Man of the Match awards in the games that he played in.

Then at the end of the season, he started attracting the interest of major clubs, including Barcelona, Man City, Chelsea, Tottenham, Juventus, Inter Milan, Lyon, PSG, and Ajax. I got an offer of ?5.25m, plus 25% of profit from the next sale from Tottenham (which was the best offer out of the rest of the clubs). I was pretty certain I made the right decision by rejecting it, but now I'm starting to wonder whether I should have just accepted the offer and just buy another striker? After all, when you're Exeter City an offer of ?5.25m is very good and financially beneficial. I was wondering if anyone thought that I should sell him to get the money, because I'm not completely sure if I made the right decision, and should I put him up on the Transfer List, I'm sure all of the major clubs will show interest again. Just as additional information, should I sell him, I would only get 35% of transfer revenue, so I would get quite a large amount of the offer put into the bank instead of the transfer budget.
