i have been playing fm for years now!!! but am really struggling with the change of way you set your tactic's! have played with newcastle exeter city and man city but seem to get no where! can some one help me with some new tactic's for a lower league team such as exeter!!!

Started my first game as kidderminster harriers, into my second season and looks like i'm going to win the league. Generally at this level the opposition strikers are much faster than your center backs, so play a deepish defensive line. Loaning players is crucial, quality players(relatively speaking) are more likely to join you on short term deals than season long loans. I start home games using a control strategy, take a two goal lead and change to counter and counter away from home. Win most home games 3 or 4 nil, away games 1 nil. I never change from a 4-4-2 formation. Conceded 16 goals in 29 games.
