Expand/New stadium.

I am playing with Tottenham and Every time I ask the Chairman to build or expand the stadium he rejects my request, Is the any other quick way to get accepted?? I mean he grants me feeder clubs and youth facilities just not new or expand the stadium?? help pls..

You'll have to be patient. It takes a lot of money to expand or build a new stadium and you need a high demand for the extra seating.
