okay, tricky question, we all know that mental attributes go higher with age and experience (loading time advise) now, is it improtant in terms of influence, or to tutorate a player? My opinion is that they have completly forgot that aspect at SI, like an experienced player won't get nervous during a big game, or loosing or things like that. What are your experiences?

i no what your getting at, Phil Neville is 32 on my game now, his pace and stamina has dropped, that's fine, but his composure and influence dropped to, they should if any change at all get slightly better in a players latter years
