Exploiting flanks!

Just a quick one, if I set an instruction to exploit the left, is that my MR/AMR attacking their left? Or visa versa?
 
It's your own left wing. The tooltip that comes up when you hover your mouse on the instruction explains it.
 
I think it's your left, so your ML/AML. If you hover over "exploit the left flank" it will come up with a tooltip box that explains what it means :)

And it basically says: Exploit the left flank instructs players to look to take full advantage of wide play on the left side of the pitch, perhaps due to an opposition weakness.
