After hours of searching through the game I have finally made my first regen signing on my Boreham Wood game (Sitting top of BSP in February 2012). However i feel a bit guilty for exploiting him, considering hes on a full-time contract. Take a look at his wages!

£5 pounds a week! I even had the cheek to bring him down from £7 a week. Still a great find i feel for my team, taken long enough to find a player with dual nationality to get a permit - so difficult to get regens as the only ones who want to join me are African.

I don't think I've ever offered a player exactly what they ask for on the first negotiation, I guess thats just the way i work ;)

Will be interesting to see how long it will take until he wants a new contract, but for now if hes happy he can collect his £5 a week and live in the club shedhouse!

Was he a free? did you at least give him enough of a signing fee to fly him over?

I bought him for 10k from Jasmine Rangers, I'm pretty sure his signing on fee was around £50, not sure even Ryanair would offer a last minute ticket from Liberia for that!

Just had a check on the per annum contracts. This youngster earns a measly £250 per annum, in comparison to the one and only other full-time player who earns £34,000 per anuum. Hmmmm

If ryanair did do a ticket for a flight from liberia to england they would have landed him in egypt anyway as per there policy

That fellow is lucky! 200 years ago he wouldnt see a shilling for the work! 5 quid a week is a lot
