My first advice would be to scout around for world class regens, otherwise:

CB: Cristian Zapata, Mamadou Sakho, Sokratis Papastathopoulos.
RB: Serge Aurier, David Santon.
MC: I don't use an MC in my formations (only AMC and DMC) but from my limited knowledge of this position, I recommend Marek Hamsik, Moussa Sissoko and Marco Verratti.
