F.C. INTERNAZIONALE
Cordoba - He likes to stay deep at all times which will be a good thing for him in cover role. He's quick so he'll be able to sweep through ball and not be too late from enemy through ball and mess up whole situation. As lowest player on pitch I don't want him to hold the ball or start looking for possible counterattacks, just to clear ball out from defense
Lucio - Strong and determined player. Perfect for stopper role. Not that technical but I give him normal creative freedom so he can close down strikers when he thinks it's the best situation.
Ranocchia - Nothing special stopper or cover skills so just casual defender. Plays short passes so he won't make too many intercepted long attempts Just tries to keep own end clear.
Samuel - great defender. Lacks pace so he won't be good cover but extremely good as casual defender keeps own end shut and plays easy balls out from own end.
Materazzi - Colossal defender who lacks pace so casual defender is best option. Wins all crosses aimed to head due to his huge size. Perfect for making Targetman useless.
Chivu - Likes to get forward to support attacks so I give him little bit of attack and creative freedom and let him make few forward runs. Will support some attacks but mostly will be annoying enemy wingers.
Maicon - Extremely important on the right side of the pitch. He will be a threat in every single attack and he'll drop back to defence to cover own net when that is needed. Much creative freedom to let him choose when to run forward and when to cross and when to stay back.Inside forward + maicon. Deadly for any opposition.
Zanetti -Defensive and physical full back. not much help supporting attack but will be great in flat four defense. Small wingers will be tackled hard and any winger will get hits in game when he's on pitch. That's why I give him bit more closing down than you'd might think.
Nagatomo - Not a great player but in defensive role he just need to stay behind the ball and try to win it back or block shot. Does that fine and won't mess things when his role isn't that complicated. I give him few through balls if he wins ball higher up the pitch so he can start counter attack but nothing else technical for him.
Cambiasso DM - read next.
Cambiasso MC - With extremely good mental skills he will be set to defending midfield role so he'll win the ball back and stay behind other midfielders and offer them short pass option. If enemy plays AMC use him as DM and Man mark, that amc won't be having great time on the pitch and will more than often be useless for his team.
Mariga - Lifted him up from reserve squad. He's my backup for Cambiasso and great player in two defensive midfielder tactics as he's box to box type player he'll be winning the ball back and then help out in attack. He has pretty nifty longshots so he'll be threatening with those if there no other options to try. Also quite physical so hard tackling against playmakers can make a lot of great interceptions.
Kharja -Just a back up for the 1st team. Has some technical skills so easy ball playing settings are good for him. Won't be using him much.
Adam - Long shot specialist for my team. Very slow so he won't be running with ball too much but shoots often and scores a lot of staright from pass goals.
Motta - box to box playmaker. High creative freedom so he can do anything and be anywhere he wants. A lot of key passes excpected from him through season.
Coutinho - AMC all around. will get in wide position to pick passes. He'll play strikers to great positions but won't be making lot of shots himself. I let him do technical stuff alot and he does great.
Sneijder - Threat on any area on oppisition side of the pitch. I give him alot of freedom in attacking play. Bacause he has so good long shots he will be able to produce fear to opponen gk even if he's closed down.
Capel - Bought him to team to be a winger and nothing else. Runs down flank and crosses. Often to Pazzini or Milito with good heading skills.
Valencia - Same thing as Capel.
Pandev - Will cut inside often and play in wide forward role and combined with Maicons fwd runs magic things will happen. Quite good technical skills so those skills will be used often.
Milito - Great technical skills and very good goalscorer. I let him drop deep so he can dribble from deep and use his technical skills. He will be my most important player because of his all around ability. Has scored most of my goals in early season. He's set to play short passes so he can hold ball a lot and play then to team mate short pass if he canät play him self out of trouble.
Eto'o - I want him to stay up the pitch so he won't be roaming too much from position. He likes to beat offside trap and he's quick as **** so I often set him as target run onto ball. Often better when paired up with another striker.
Pazzini - Target to head. No other things he need to do for me. Alone he will be scoring from wingers crosses paired up with someone he will play through ball for other striker.
Kadlec - Complete forward for me. He can be anywhere on the pitch and is hard to mark.
Will post more from games and how the season is going

GENOA
Game against Genoa should be nothing to Inter after a convincing 0-3 away victory over AS Roma:
but complacency could bring some troubles so I decide to play through their weaknesses.
As you can see their midfield could pose some threat I choose 4-3-1-2 tactic (same as they will most likely use) and set my centralmidfields to man mark and tight marking and not to zonal mark. Also i set my AMC to man mark but not tight. This way their midfield will gat far less possession than they would if I'd be zonal marking. I also set these settings in my OI to make their midfields job even harder.
And here are the final stats:
CCC dominated and every single thing hugely overpowered. No chances given to them to take a surprise early season victory.
