face pack badge pack logo pack PROBLEM!!!

i have downloaded a face pack badge pack logo and comp pack a new skin and a kit pack i have put them in my football manager 2012 bit on my desk top and the skin wont come up the comp logos dont come up all i have is face's for the arsenal team badge's only on the league table not on the teams league and internation why has only some worked???

Have you placed them all in my docs / si / fm / graphics ?
Do they all have a config.xml file in their folder ?
Have you unticked skin cache on fm ?

yes they all have a config.xml file in the folder
iv put all in graphics apart from kits and logos i made a folder kit and logos in the graphics one
