Facepack help!

Hey lads not really sure where to post this but hopefully somebody can help me! So I've downloaded that megapack off fm scout site but cant get it working in game. I've extracted the zip file and all the faces to a folder named "facepacks". The folder itself is located at football manager->graphics->facepack and ive followed all the steps under display and sound and they are not appearing in game for me, can somebody help? I also have a folder called "logos" in the graphics folder with all clubs logos and kits yet they show up fine in-game so im a bit confused :/
