Am managing Tytherington Rocks in the lower league add on pack.
Im currently one league below Blue square bet south after 3 successive promotions.
I have some quality youth regens that i have spent time searching and one gem in particular.
However even tho they are more than good enough for these leagues they dont seem to develop much
in attributes even tho they get regular game time.
Im guessing this is down to the very poor training facilities.
My training facilities are woeful and i have upgraded once that cost me £90k and moved me from one
silver start up to 2 silver stars. To upgrade again will cost me my whole balance about £1m
im guessing that will probably only move me up another silver star so really doesnt seem worth it.
i really enjoy scouting the young regens and want them to progress but this doesnt seem to be happening.
Im guessing the facilities are the problem as my coaches are fairly decent and theyre getting regular games.
So the question is do i keep upgrading as often as possible and have no money or is it better to wait until i hopefully get to the premiership and have plenty of money ???
