As Arsenal failing to win- using the same tactics ive used for two seasons won over 150 games winning nearly everything
just wondering if its to do with the game sussing me out or is it because im using them right.
i play either 4-1-3-2 or 4-3-3
the former i play wider and faster tempo. 4-3-3 i have a slow tempo and play narrow retaining possesion. my team is:
gk muslera
rb automatic srna(playing rubbish)
lb maxwell automatic
cbs sakho and vermaelen(ball playing defender)
dm- hargreaves
cm-fabregas adpl and/nasri cm attack
wingers- sanchez and walcott/vanpersie
striker-deep lying or advanced tevez(cant hit the target and ive stopped playing him)

im concerned i scraped a win against wolves, drew with man u but since then i lost to spurs, lyon, liverpool scraped through in the second leg. now ive got man city, chelsea, spurs again and man city again. in last games ive not even looked good and have been dominated where am i going wrong?

the ai doesnt crack your tactics but it isnt that stupid it adjust its setup using these variables:

Pitch Size
- Home/ Away
- Your Reputation vs Their own
- Their Managers preffered style and tactical attributes
- The Players they have available
- The Players you have available
- Their Scout Reports
- Fitness levels
- Training levels
- Their managers prefered marking and pressing style
- Fitness of individuals
- Injury prone-ness of your players
- Current Ability of your Players
- Your Playmaker if you use one

You need t watch and see where you are losing, are you not controlling the game? are you dominating but being hit on the counter etc

use the shouts accordingly

^ What Mike said.

Plus try adjusting your tactics game to game until you get the consistency back in your performances, I.E take note of your scout reports before games and tweak match prep/defensive line/tempo/specific instructions accordingly.

For example, if I get a scout report on Stoke I set my match prep for a week to be defending set pieces and set my fullbacks to get tight on their wide men. And take note of the defensive line analysis and how the opposition will set up against you, if they play a flat, expansive, deep or high lines. If they play high then setup a couple of yards deeper and break on the counter, if they play deep then pile the pressure on with your ST running the channels and drawing space for your midfielders to run into etc.

A little tweak every now and again to your tactics set helps alot, even the odd surprise team change can throw the AI off guard on matchday (Impact subs help). The AI isn't a walkover buddy ;)
