First of all, before I present this player, I'm going to make a bet here. By the time this kid is 24, I'll have turned him into arguably the best anchorman in the world (bar regens). I'd like to know your thoughts on whether you think it's possible. Right here we go then:

Weaknesses: Not too many for his position, Decisions, positioning and off the ball could be better​

Description: Enthusiastic midfielder - touted as the next Hans-Georg Schwarzenbeck
Personality: Determined​

Suggested Roles: Anchorman, defensive midfielder, ball winning midifelder​

Report: At just 18 years old and with a potential cost of just 950k, Perdedaj shoould be a must for any premier league reserve team, and a starter for any decent championship side. Extremely high stats in work rate, natural fitness and determination should have him going on the pitch longer than a Duracell and working hard in training. A bit of TLC in training may be needed, mainly on tactics to improve his positional awareness, but I can easily see this lad cementing a starting place after one season of hard work. Definitely one for members on here who like to develop their own players.​
