Intro:
Firstly, this is more of a tweak for the tweak that Galego did on Fanta 4-1-4-1: http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/foot...-lies-down-cries-13-3-3-a-11.html#post1842603 so credit goes to Galego and fanteceleandre
The basic idea is to have a working, relatively high scoring 433 formation, that is striker, 2 complete wingers, two attacking central midfielders, a defensive midfielder and a high back 4. That intent isn't to be an underdog or be very high scoring or possession tactic, the idea is to have a 433 formation with which you can win 90% of the games with a top team.
The Formation:

Roles are basically as given.
The DM should have good passing and creativity though.
As for IFs, they can be complete forwards with good crossing (14+) or complete wingers with good striker and play making stats (14+ finishing, composure, creativity, passing)
CD must be quick.
