Fastest way to simulate?

I want to simulate 50 years in to the future for a series I plan to do, but what is the fastest way to do this? Thanks

What I'd try is to simulate 49 years. Add/remove to have all you want and simulate the last year. However, that may have some drawbacks in regards to player development and such.

I can download a save to 2100 (which is probably better than simulating to 2050) but I don't understand how to get the save in to my game.

Well that didn't work. The download above just put malware on my laptop which took a few hours to remove...

I think the only way to do that is "go on Holiday"

Depends how many leagues and processing speed, if you want a few it can take over night to get about 10 years done.

I'm just wondering why people might want to do something like that? What's the point?
