After half time in most matches, atleast 5 players on my team have condition less than 80. I have a fitness coach with Fitness training at 19. Is there a way to get my team to have better fatigue.

I am Leeds in the Championship.

its probaly one of 2 things
1. Your training is to intense and heavy
2. If you have played the same team every game then it would be that. all you have to do Is just give the players a couple of games every once in a while

Ahh, okay thanks :)

I'll try both things see how it goes, do you have any training downloads you could reccomend?

I usually wait until my players are down to 70% ish, then sub them. Also, the speed and style of your play will affect their fitness. i.e, a fast, counter style of play will result in lower fitness quicker than a slower more methodical style would.
Don't forget that player's natural fitness figures in this aswell.

I've noticed that the default stamina stat for A LOT of players ( in all leagues ) are really measely. This results in sometimes you having to substitue 2 or even 3 players if not at half time then around the 55 min mark - you will notice that the opposing team has to do the same. If you consider this, it's hardly realistic ! How often do you see managers having to make wholesale changes at half-time because their players are exhausted in real life ?

We are dealing ( usually ) with professional footballers here, a great part of whose training is supposed to make them super-fit. I think this is a weak point in SI's simulation engine. You might consider boosting palyers' stamina stat using the editor, as I do. I don't consider this cheating, but merely redressing a percieved imbalance in the game's programing, and achieving a more realistic game experience.

During the match go to Assistant Manager Feedback he will tell you the players who are exhausted sometimes its not the players with the worst conditioning as they may have the most natural fitness

I would do this but i dont fancy using that much time to edit so many players

Ahh, ill just have to suffer or maybe make a new training schedule :)

It might also be that your players are closing down too much. Try using 'stand-off' for the next game and notice if the overall fatigue of your players is lower.

TK, i changed to less closing down (own area) and it worked, my players are less fatigued at half time, thanks (Y)
