I remember back on FM 05 or 06 I had Fernando Cavenaghi as a favourite person as mine. No idea how but can that happen on FM12?

Ie I am one of James Milner's favourite people, can it happen the other way round?

Yeah, you can favour them. It says on your profile, Arshavin was on my worst opinion list. But I don't know what makes it happen.

to get them to hate you, normally being harsh in contract talks do that or bad conversations with them, same with other managers. Normally my back room staff all love me, not sure why tho :S must be due to how long i keep them at the club

I don't think you can get favoured clubs/personnel (apart from your favourite club when adding your manager) I would like to add people but I don't know how. Maybe you can do it using FMRTE.
