Favoured Personnel/Clubs

Is it possible to add people/clubs to my own favoured personnel in my information page, rather than just seeing who has a good/bad opinion of me? I am at Newcastle in my third season and want to make my assistant John Carver favoured personnel, and I want to make Newcastle one of my favoured clubs, how do/can I do this?

Simple answer is no. As it stands you can only add your favourite club but I think there should be the option for more at the start of a save game. I would like to see the addition of adding more favoured clubs as well as disliked clubs and liked/disliked personnel.
