FC Barcelona in 15.3 .......

I just underwent a loooong tedious first pre-season and transfer window with Barca, expecting it to be the last until their ban lifts in 2016. However, unlike previous updates of FM, I get no mail with the "Transfer ban upheld", and I am free to sign players through 2014-15.. WTF??

Barcelona can buy players but cant register them until Januray 2016...
