FC Bayern 1st season 18 mil

Im Bayern and looking for a top CB and LB, though as the budget is only 18 mil they still needs too be world class. Was looking at Alba for LB and maybe Verthongen or Otamendi for CB. Any suggestions?

Papadopoulos for CB, maybe try using Alaba at LB? If you don't want to use Alaba at LB then use Lahm at LB and try for Sime Vrsaljko at RB.
