after setting my team instructions to 'coach handles/renews contracts' and making sure it was set at the end of the season i have lost about 15 players due to the fact that they werent offered a new contract.

i won the league ffs

Ye never let your assistant handle the contracts, they will give them far too much if they do offer them one, or just let them go... as you know to well XD
