FCP Porto- B team vs u-19

Started a story with FCP. In the winter transfer period and I have stocked the team, and specifically the youth system with young, high potential players. Question is, should I send them to Porto B or keep them with the squad, trusting that playing the U-19 matches will suffice, coupled with the odd cup game and limited 1st team minutes.

The B team does absolutely nothing in terms of improving your players! either loan them out or play them in rotation.
