Hello fellow managers!

Welcome to this new tactic, the idea is to test together. I am doing it with WBA, a fair mid-table team. If you look at the result and stats, it is impressive enough, isn't it? The shadow strikers are really doing great, and also they are responsible for the corners, right one takes right corners and vica versa. If you are interested and have the attitude to test it with a different team, I will finish the test season.

IMPORTANT: if you are struggling to have enough chances in a match, tick Much Higher Defensive line.

West brom are great for tests with no wingers! I'm working on a 4231 with three amcs and currently 17 games in and only lost twice.
 
Love the xmas tree, will give a go with Santos. :)
 
Me and you had the same idea counter and fluid seems you have cracked it better than me ha
 
I think the key area is the strong midfield 3, they are granting defensive stabilty.
 
Yeah the midfield two seems to be where I struggle I have them both set to box to box though!
 
Struggled with your version was much better defensively but in an attacking sense didn't work as well as mine!
 
How about your training, i always love AC Milan Ancelotii's Christmas tree
