Feeder club editing help?

Im on the editor trying to get some feeder clubs for man city but i dont know what to click, where do i go on the editor to get some feeder/parent clubs and i know i go to affilations but what do i do when i go there? ive put team names in but what do i do to make them my feeder? do i click close relations? b team? ect


sorry if this made no sence i just really want to know how to do it

There should be an add button at the bottom of the page

You pick Current Affiliations on the left, and press 'add' at the bottom right hand corner.
