Currently i have 13 Scouts employed at Celtic, they're deployed all over the world. I'm seeing some fantastic young talents from non-EU countries, but i can't get any of them. Obviously this is because i don't have a Feeder Club for Work Permits. The Problem is, i've petitioned the Board to get one at least 5 times, all but 1 time, they've agreed that it's needed, but every time they say they can't find 1 suitable. This is driving me nuts, especially since one of my most successful games i played in recent years was on FM11, where Celtic had a club in Belgium from the beginning (i know this follows real life situations, so im not complaining it was removed, just comparing). I'm running leagues in Scotland (obviously), England, Spain and Italy, do i need to load the leagues from a country that has suitable clubs, or is there a bug or something thats causing this. Like i said in my post title, i had the same thing happen in 2013, and it frustrated me so much i didn't play it for a long time, unfortunately i tend to have a short temper, so instead of half-destroying a computer desk when things to badly, as i've done in the past, now i just quit and do something else. In my 2013 game i found a few top quality youngsters from Brazil, managed to get Work Permits for them, but they demanded Minimum Fee Release Clauses, and always they weren't that high, inevitably when they started playing excellent in Europe, bigger clubs came in, they went off, and i couldn't get quality replacements due to this Feeder Club problem, so i stopped playing. What should i do, should i load a league or 2 from a suitable country (and if so, which ones are best), should i keep trying to get one in the game as it is, or should i wait for a patch?
