Feeder/Parent clubs

I've heard that when you've been in a club for some time you can choose your own feeder clubs. I'm wondering if it's true and if it is the how long do you have to be in that club or what do you have to do to get to choose your own feeder clubs?

Yeah that's true, you usually have to be at the club for 4/5+ years and be in good standing with the board.

Depends how much you win, and your maanger rep. i've had the offer in season 2

I had it around 2nd season as well.
The problem I encountered was that me being an english club I wanted a feeder club for WP. but they only would let me choose teams from the UK and Ireland :/

How do you manage to do that?
5th season with dortmund. Won 3 leagues, 1 Champions League, my team is the best team in europe acording to rankings but I cant choose it.

6th Season in Southampton, I'm in their Club Icons, yet no offer like that as well.

I'm in fifth season, finances are very good (2 billions or smth), i'm in a very small league, but i managed to get my club rep to worldwide, i'm in clubs legends also
