Feeder Teams

I requested my board for any possible new feeder teams, and they haven't come back to me. Is there a way to get the feeder you want?

As far as I know they give you a list of possible choices though they seem to take forever finding teams, it would be better if you could approach teams yourself.
I normally cheat and change Altringham, Bury and Newcastle Town to Swindon, Oldham and Leyton Orient when I play manchester united though. =)

When you have had the job for a while you can begin to pick the team you want but it is up to the board to accept or reject your request.
