Few questions :)

Got a few questions, greatly appreciated if you guys can help

1. Does the Press Confrences affect the players and the match? Or you guys just send the assistant?

2. When vs Rivals in a Home/Away game etc. Chelsea vs Man Utd what will you tell your team in the pre-game team talk?

3 Apply Man-Mark on all of the back 4 or just the Center-Backs? I only set Man-Mark on my Center-Backs. What are your views?

1. Press conferences just sum up what you make of your chances and if you respond postively most of your team will too. Not much difference i'd guess though

2. and a game like Chelsea v Man utd there very equal so tell them to do it for the fans or that they can win the game. not rly much difference again

3. and that depends all on your team and players and what works for you

1. It does have some effect on your team morale and squad harmony... and it does effect your opponent too. I had cases when something(s) I said, galvanise the other team... but I do know some that just sent their assistant just to save the time and get on with it.

2. Depends on who you play with.. or more specifically, how good is your team. If you are the clear favorites and at home, I usually put it as I expect a win!, if not, you can win it. (i play Man United, btw)

3. Depends on your tactics. I personally rarely use man-marking for my defenders. Whatever works for you mate. If all 4 defenders set to man-mark works for you, then stick with it.
