I Think Oldham have a high transfer budget, not to sure.

Just look for teams who are predicted to finish in the top 4 and when doing pre-season expectations tell them you are going to win the league!

When you are that low, it doesn't really matter about your finances. Try and get people on a free that will fit into your team without exceeding the weekly wge budget, that is the key. I had 2k and spent that on 1 player but brought in around 10 players.

Also, a good cup run really helps. I'm Braintree and got to the FA Cup 3rd round, I got beat 4-2 by Wigan but got 150k from TV rights
