FIFA 11 Casual Games Thread

Here is a thread which I feel we are missing which allows you to propose a game with a fellow FIFA11 owner at any time and any place, therefore eliminating the waiting and organization of a tournament.
Hopefully this will also stop all the rubbish tournaments being created because someone was bored and wanted a game.
