Filtering regens from real players?

I was just wondering if there is some way to filter out real players from regens when searching for players?

How do you do it using FMRTE?

Just search for players older than the oldest regen... eg. 3 years in, search for minimum age of 21..

Maximum age of 16/17
Filter by highest price down
Work your way down the list

Well, I was actually more interested in isolating the real players rather than the good regens.

My bad, I misunderstood.
I suppose the best idea would be to filter players depending on which season you are in.
E.g. If you are in 2012, i guess you could filter 17+, 2013, 18+, other than than, I'm not sure.
