Hi managers...

After a lot of trial and errors, finally i'm able to develop this tactic.
For me, this tactic is the greatest of mine in my managerial career from back
to the old days of CM.
Would like to thanks Mr. steaua bucharest and Mr. ronmaiden who helps me a lot building this one.

NOTES:
1. Make sure ONLY WBR and WBL, takes corners. This will increase ur scoring from corners. Makes sure they have high attibutes in Crossing and Corners.

2. Pick ur target man wisely. Attributes needed are Strength, Jumping, Heading, First Touch, Long Shots.

3. There maybe some position with good players not being able to be use in this tactic. (DM, AMR, AML) Try to train them to new position they might suits in. Or just sell them to get better players.

4. Rarely use subs better be set as Available For Reserve Squad. This make sure they not lacking match practise or worse demand transfer.

SCREENSHOTS for this tactic.
League Table, Fixtures and Transfer History.
Plz dont ask for player instructions, coz its already included when u apply the tactic file to ur game.

HAPPY MANAGING TO YOU ALL...

It's the same formation as yours Steaua but that's it. Calm down.

Yes, Mr steaua bucharest...

Its your formation, and also its the default one. And also i believe that team and players instruction is not entirely same as yours.

But i admit that it was you who give me a lot of inspiration, and i thank you for it man.

No heart feelings, sorry if i said anything wrong man...

i tried this one..got a 3-3 draw wif arsenal (i'm man city) at home. my players r not ideal for this formation as i only has 1 target man striker in Cordozo n the other is Robinho. i am wonderin how come the strikers are told to minimize long shot when u said this is an important stat for the target man?

Just finish the 2nd season with this tactic.

Heres the final season table. Notice I win the league undefeated? :D

Great tactic made there. good work. This formation look really similar to mine on fm 08 but they probs work differently here it is

im not doing the player instructions thats too long so ill just give you what the player does in the team.

Goalkeeper - stops the ball going into the net

Sweeper - any balls over the top or killer balls that goes behind my center backs he just clears it out

center back - do what they do best.

wing backs - getting foward whenever possible getting as many crosses in the box.

defensive Mid - Ok hes my motor in my team whenever he players rubbish the team plays rubbish, Gives the defence more backup and is the holder of the midfield.

Center midfield - hes my playmaker, the guy who does anything defend, long balls, plays simple, score goals, assist you name it.

attacking mid - These are the most important position in the team, these players are the players who support the striker and will get you goals most of the goals came from these.

Striker - I dont use him to score goals really, I use him to just be a pain in the *** eg - close defenders/goalkeepers goal and hopefully theother team will make a mistake and when they do we will score!

this is not 3-5-2 but 5-3-2 to be honest

Well it can be either with wing backs.I was taking the **** though.

wing back is not a midfielder. he supports attacks heavily but he still is a complete defender. do i have to link for examples?

p.s. you are right, like every wingless formation this one requires quality wing backs

A wing back is not a full back either he is not a complete defender. The idea behind using wing backs is in possession its a 352 when the opposition has possession its a 532,but i really dont want to argue about it so we'll agree to differ.
